Has anyone worked as a key holder at boot barn? And did you like it? What was it like?

I currently am in retail and know that it’s obviously depends on the store when it comes to culture and stuff.

I’ve never worked in retail with clothing (I work at a makeup store) so what’s the difference? Can someone dumb down the Spifts for me.? The manager did mention that in our convo but I don’t really understand it?
