Error in passport number - e Visa - what to do?
Hi everyone, I’m kind of panicking and would really appreciate advice.
I’m traveling to Vietnam on May 30th and I applied for my e-visa on Friday, May 22nd. Last night (Monday) I suddenly noticed that my passport number on the application is wrong. There’s an extra number added at the end. I genuinely think it may have been some sort of autofill/computer error because I didn’t notice it before submitting and I checked it so many times before submitting.
Now my trip is only 3 days away and I’m not sure what the best thing to do is.
I already emailed them and tried calling multiple times but nobody has responded yet. Has anyone dealt with this before?
Would it be safer to:
— wait and hope they correct/respond?
— use an expedited/emergency visa service through Klook or another agency?
If anyone has experience with urgent Vietnam visa corrections or fast-track services, please let me know what worked for you. I’m really stressed about missing my flight.
