one of my friend just joined and studies in this Institute and he told me about the rampant casteism and favouratism he faces in this college, teachers are outright casteist and favouratise one caste over others, esp the teacher's own caste.
It is causing a huge discomfort and taking a toll on his mental health, i live very far away from ghaziabad so i'm asking you guys what can he do/what action can he take to get this to stop, this is just insane that a management clg is doing these things in the big 26. This institute should not even be functioning with all this mismanagement they are doing.

My mom is a teacher and knows her(teacher of a PS in Hapur), this is so sad really, they just shove teachers in any task for which they should make a separate taskteam/force.
Mom is saying she was running for duty relief yesterday to officers and today this happened, she got pregnant after many years via IVF, and now this devastating mess.
The dumbfucks in the big white chairs doesn't even care one bit about common people. I don't know what else to say. Really heartbroken.
