AITA if a guy is now working 2–4 days straight because I left?
I was working unofficially as an admin at a computer club. It was just a temporary gig while I was looking for something better. Shifts were 12 hours, paid $20 per day.
There were three admins plus a senior. Two guys moved to other clubs, so in the end, it was just me and the senior.
Payday came around. Out of 280 I only got 130. Turns out I was fined 150. The senior said it was because I supposedly didn’t handle some of my duties. But my responsibilities were just light cleaning and taking payments from customers.
The next day, I just didn't show up for my shift. I knew there was no replacement, and now the club (which runs 24/7) is all on the senior's shoulders, plus the manager once in a while. Since then, they haven't removed me from the work chats, and I've seen them talking all kinds of shit about me.
So here's my question: am I the asshole if a guy is now working 2–4 days straight because I left?
UPD: Since I'm getting too many comments, I want to point out that I don't live in America and this salary is average for a similar position.
