Megapress tools
Just curious if anyone of you have tried the vevor 32kn propress tools with the megapress jaws on black iron gas pipe? I've been using the smaller propress on some copper plumbing and it works amazing.

Finally got in this crawlspace on a home we just purchased. Its an addition built in the 70's i think, house was built in 1949 and there are two crawlspaces. The foundation looks great and the plumbing has been redone at some point. Insulation looks pretty good too but there is this mold looking dust on the joists. Based on how hard the dirt is, like a dry lake bed- I'm guessing there was an epic humidity event under here at one point and this mold is dormant. There is no mold under the insulation, just the exposed joists. I also noticed the insulation is blocking most of the crawlspace vents. Could that contribute to humidity and allowing the mold to grow slowly? I'm familiar with treating mold, I'm mostly looking for advice on reducing humidity if necessary and crawlspace configuration. It is very dry under there right now to be clear.
Hoping to get some feedback on my current project. We just bought this house and I've never experienced this before in a repaint. The paint is peeling in a few spots but everything i scrape just leads to more scraping. It seems like I scrape the paint straight off the drywall. Did they not prime right? Does lead based paint do this? Do i need to scrape everything or is there anything else i can do? Can I knock the edges down with sandpaper and put high bond primer over everything? Fresh joint compound over it? All ideas are welcome.
