Would you rent something like that out to someone nearby if there was a deposit to cover any damage? And what would you never lend out no matter what?

Also curious if you'd rather rent from a neighbour than buy or go to Home Depot for a one off job.

I'm building an app idea around this and trying to figure out if people would actually use it. I know there’s a few apps out there always, but they all look like they are from the 2000s
