Not the Best
Mid April we were given a 3 day stay supposedly at the Smoky Mountain Resort only to find out we were booked at another location - Gatlinburg Resort Hotel - turned out the Gatlinburg Hotel was a real dump - mold in the bathroom, bugs & misquotes in the room, the floor was delaminating from severe water damage, smoke smell in the room, and the room was in need of repair...
The presentation was friendly enough and the tour for the actual facility looked interesting.. after almost 4 hours we said NO.. but we were given the opportunity to book a week at one of the actual resorts for $1400 (with $400 to be refunded).
Upon doing some research on the resorts offered, we discovered many did not have elevators, amenities were not as advertised, and most are in desperate need of repair, so we wanted to cancel...
None of the email addresses provided work, calls made to the customer service are not answered - on hold for quite a long time and disconnected... emails sent to corporate customer service personnel are invalid as well.
Do your research before booking - these are NOT your typical Holiday Inn
