So I attempted to email a manager of interest for there floor but it seems there priority is hiring there own staff for new grads. How can I transfer if they will prioritize their own staff? I am currently 6 months of new grad eligible to transfer within my company. Should I just do my 1 year then apply as regular RN positions better?
