My sister found this teeny baby next to her fence! Its ears don’t look curled up so I assume it isn’t dehydrated but I was a little concerned about the number of flies on it. Google says that could mean it needs intervention but I don’t trust google lol

I told her to leave it be, keep her dogs away from it and keep an eye out to see if mama comes back. Is that good advice? How long should she wait to call a rehabber?
