My credit score dropped almost 200 points. My student loans were deferred but they still reported me as 90+ days late. I reached out to the lender and they told me it was an error and I needed to dispute it. I disputed these and it was updated to show that I am current. However, all 7 of my loans still show up under late payments. I had a perfect payment history up until now. I’ve made several disputes, called everyone, etc. am I missing something? My credit score has gone from over 700 to 555. I’m genuinely at a loss. I was told it would get removed but after endless disputes and calls, I’m not high on hopes right now :(.
