Having a paver patio installed over RCA base, contractor is leaving old large concrete chunks under patio
Is this normal? The contractor, rather then hall away the concrete, is leaving these large chunks under where he is going to build the raised paver patio. Will I have issues in the future? He is putting the pavers over some RCA base and such. I am in New York FYI.
The patio is being built up to the bottom of the siding by the black sliding door
