I’ve gone 3 years without being able to grill or smoke (townhome rules 🙄), so now that I’ve moved to a new place with no such rules, it’s SMOKE ALL THE THINGS. I had some apples and beef and all the spices, so I did my own personal chili cookoff a few months early, and … I WON!!! Best chili I’ve ever made.
