Strange Periapical Radiolucency on maxillary central incisors.
White M 23
No history of dental trauma
No history of periodontitis
No medications
No medical conditions
No allergies
CC: Asymptomatic periapical radiolucency on maxillary centrals.
Teeth are vital with normal coloration.
X-rays were taken with NOMAD
My dentist was puzzled by my X-rays and told me he honestly didn't know what was going on but he would watch it.
Do you have any ideas about what is going on?
