Any idea as to what kind of projectile? Thinking Savannah river or Hamilton. Found north central Florida

Found in a creek in Florida along with a unique looking biface knife and heavy scraper (possibly hand planer for dugout canoes due to weight and thickness). Have yet to see an expedient saw like this. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
(Also one hell of a heartbreaker at the end)

Found these in a creek in North Central Florida on private property along with multiple flakes and debitage. Fairly confident first piece is late Paleo to early Archaic but not sure exactly what it is; have gotten humpback scraper, Waller knife with notches broken off, general scraper-knife. Second item not sure of at all but thinking later due to the bifacial work. Would love to hear what people have to say. Thanks in advance
