There's an ongoing issue here in which vicious thugs kill cats for fun, and they get away with it because they're underage. Even when they are not underage, the gardai/authorities don't care. they need to be punished and stopped. Everyone knows who they are, but nothing is ever done to stop them. They could have been stopped ages ago but the authorities don't take it seriously.

A poor little cat was viciously stolen and attacked last week and was found dead the other day. It's appalling, and he's not the only cat. There's constant reports of cats being hunted by the same people.

While scrolling through TikTok, I came across a video of a little girl hitting and aggressively slamming a cat onto the floor. I feel like I should report it, possibly through the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center or something.. I'm scared to do it tho

From what the video was saying, it was the mother who was recording. What's even more upsetting is that the mother is just laying there in bed just recording it happen.
