This is the guy is posting videos of him "finding" dead or suffering animals and i think its all staged. I dont know if its real or not but i honestly dont want to take the chance of it not being real and even if its real it just doesnt belong on this platform where kids or people with trauma are on!

I hope you as fellow Animal lovers can understand my worries.

Hello everyone. I am from China. After watching an extremely disturbing video and reading the related news, I have found myself crying every day.

On June 29, 2026, in Jieyang, Guangdong Province, China, four minors used extremely cruel methods to torture and kill a stray mother dog that was nursing her puppies, along with her three newborn puppies whose eyes had not yet opened.

After the incident, the four minors and their guardians faced no apparent punishment. There are also reports that they have continued to abuse and kill animals. This has caused severe emotional distress not only to me, but also to many other people in China who care deeply about animal welfare.

For various reasons, we feel powerless to protect these animals or prevent such tragedies from happening. I don't know how to cope with this overwhelming sadness anymore. What can I do to ease this pain and continue living without feeling so devastated?

I was wondering what type of media would be desirable for vegans that doesn’t have a strong presence right now. For example, would you be interested in “vegan world” or “vegan mall” type settings where stories take place and characters who happen to be vegan take on plots with loose references to vegan themes and culture. If so what type of media would you really want to see? Short books, cartoons, anime or newsletter blog fiction. If any other varieties come to mind please share. Also note id like to incorporate recipes and plant based cooking into the project I pursue.

A Schenectady County Sheriff who was too dumb to know leaving a dog in a car when the air temp is 95 is enjoying a picnic and fireworks today. In case we want to be pissed about more than the racist owners of Taste of Italy and other shit businesses.

My neighbor has illegally boarded dogs for a few years now but I found her rover and sent it to the city. She's back to boarding dogs now and the fines will range from $1000-$2000 a day. Does rover remove accounts that boarded illegally in townhouses if I can give them the city's ticket numbers they've given her already?
She kennels dogs and then leaves for work and it's a townhouse so I hear and have to manage those dogs noises. If I'm lucky she leaves the tv blaring all day for them. Not serious.

I live on the Caribbean island of Saint Kitts, a place that many people know for its beautiful beaches. This has been my home for nearly a decade now.

A popular cruise ship “beach club” recently enclosed part of a lagoon to create what is being marketed as a “marine sanctuary” and wildlife rehabilitation experience for tourists. Cruise passengers are brought to the site to view sharks and rays that have been placed inside these enclosures.

According to local reports, fishermen have been paid to bring sharks and rays into the lagoon, including spotted eagle rays, a species of conservation concern. The animals are being housed in sandy-bottom pens with little visible enrichment or environmental complexity. These are wild caught animals, including large nurse sharks.

Last week, a child on a cruise was reportedly bitten on the calf by a nurse shark and required treatment at the hospital. Saint Kitts is a very small island, and news travels quickly, yet there has been very little public discussion from officials.

Many residents have expressed concerns about animal welfare, public safety, and whether the necessary approvals and permits were obtained before the project was established. Complaints have reportedly been filed, but so far there has been little public response. To the best of my knowledge they have no permits but the government is looking the other day. Different departments bounce concerns back and forth and nothing actually happens. Just another example of how money buys power and influence.

What breaks my heart is that sharks and rays are often misunderstood animals that already face enormous threats from habitat loss, fishing pressure, and negative public perceptions. Many locals already aggressively fish for sharks, including tigers, and celebrate their death. They deserve responsible conservation efforts, not situations that may place both animals and people at risk.

There’s a family that lives about 1 km away from our house. Three generations live in the same building: the grandfather, his son, and the son’s two boys.

The grandfather once put out poisoned food for the neighborhood cats and dogs. As far as I know, it killed two dogs and I don’t even know how many cats.

His son isn’t any better. Every time migratory birds pass through the area, he goes out with his air rifle and shoots at them. He always carries it with him. He also really hates stray dogs. Every time a dog walks near his house, even if it’s just on the public road and not on his property, he shoots at it. His excuse is always the same: he says the rifle is weak and doesn’t kill the dogs, that it just “sends them a message” not to come back.

He has two sons, and he’s raised them the same way. When the older boy was around 10 or 11 years old, he gave him the same air rifle. It’s like he gives his kids guns the way other parents give them iPads. When that boy was around 11, he shot a cat while treating it like a game. Nobody in the family said anything about it. He was always shooting birds around the neighborhood too.

That boy is now an adult, and his younger brother, who’s around 11 now, also has the same air rifle. Basically everyone in that family has one, and they all shoot birds and other animals around the neighborhood.

Two days ago, one of them shot another dog.

I’ve tried talking to the father several times over the years and asked him to stop shooting dogs, but he never listens. He’s a completely awful person, and I live in a third-world country where I feel like I can’t do anything about it. I’ve even filed a police report before, but it went nowhere. The authorities don’t seem to care, and unfortunately this kind of behavior is normalized in my town.

I’m honestly at my breaking point. I’ve watched this family poison animals, shoot birds for fun, and teach their children to do the same for years without facing any consequences. I’m angry, frustrated, and I feel completely powerless.

I can’t just take every stray dog to a shelter because the shelters are already overloaded. I keep thinking about how unfair it is that these people never face any consequences while innocent animals keep suffering.

What would you do if the authorities refuse to act? Is there any way to make people like this face consequences?

I don’t want to get caught. I even thought about putting dog shit all over their cars, but they’d probably suspect it was me, and I’m worried it would just make them hate dogs even more. I have two dogs at home, and I don’t want them to end up getting hurt because of something I did.

I've started a petition, to end the sale and use of glue traps, nationally.
