He is only 3 years old. He is such a good boy.
His notice was sent 9/16 and is somehow is still alive. He will be euthanized tomorrow if nobody steps up right away. He already has a rescue willing to pull but they desperately need a foster/ adopter to do so. Transportation across the U.S is possible, you do not need to be in California.

⚠️ What exactly do they expect❓️ A dog is being forcibly restrained against its will, terrified, and desperately trying to escape. The dog is showing whale eyes, barking, and running away, yet a catch pole is used.

That is fear, panic, and distress—not proof of aggression.

How can anyone expect a dog to remain calm when it is being chased, cornered, and physically restrained by strangers? Then the very fear response created by that experience is used against the dog?

You cannot terrorize a dog into compliance and then condemn it for being terrified.

If her latest assessments are positive and there is no documented aggression, WHY is euthanasia still proceeding?

Where is the justification? Where is the accountability? Ali deserves a fair chance at life—not a death sentence based on fear.
