🚗 OUT OF STATE OR CANADIAN ADOPTION IS POSSIBLE - cost is typically around $600 USD (give or take). The fee includes transport, boarding, full medical, spay/neuter, and a health certificate.

We are a volunteer network dedicated to helping at-risk dogs. We are not affiliated with BARC. We connect at-risk animals at the BARC shelter with the adopters, fosters, and rescue organizations needed to save their lives. We can help coordinate out-of-state adoption through approved 501(c)3 rescues. 9/15/2026: This dog greeted me at the kennel door with a wagging tail and happy demeanor. He let me leash him and walked loosely to and from the potty yard. Inside his kennel he can be seen relaxing quietly on his blanket.

9/16/2026: he greeted me at the front of the kennel and walked loose leash to and frm the runs. takes treats

9/17/2026: loose wiggly body, loose leash, takes treats

9/19/2026: Greets at the front of the kennel with loose body and wagging tail. Gatsby walks on a loose leash and takes treats

9/20/2026: walk loose on leash

9/22/2026: Gatsby greets me at the kennel door with a wagging tail and slightly open mouth. he lets me leash him and walks loosely to and from the potty yard. Inside his kennel he can be seen relaxing on his blanket quietly throughout the day.

9/26/2026: quiet laying in bed as I approach kennel he walks to the front of door with a swaying tail and relaxed body. Easy to leash and walks on a loose leash.

9/28/2026: Quiet in kennel, relaxed body, easy to leash, walks on a loose leash.

9/29/2026: Dog greeted at the front of the kennel with a loose relaxed body, soft eyes, and soft wagging tail. Easily leashed and walked outside to the runs with a loose leash. Dog easily leashed and returned to kennel.

10/3/2026: Quiet in kennel, relaxed body, wagging tail. Walks on a loose leash follows a great treat trail and takes treats from hand with a soft mouth.

10/4/2026: Gatsby greets me in the morning with a wagging tail, calm demeanor, and relaxed posture. He lets me leash him and walks loosely to and from the potty yard. inside his kennel he can be seen relaxing on he bed quietly throughout the day.

10/5/2026: quiet in kennel, kept kennel clean overnight. Easy to leash and follows a great treat trails.

P: Rx Panacur 7.3 mls SID X 3 days, then REPEAT in 2 weeks for 3 days, then REPEAT AGAIN in 2 weeks for 3 days.

* bilateral ocular green mucoid discharge

* rostral dorsal muzzle has a dermal round 3mm mass

* OU conjunctivitis

* dermal mass

p:

* terramycin OU BID x 10 days

* recommend FNA cytology of dermal mass with private vet

My baby is a typical girl, she’s all “ I don’t take advice or orders from any man! I will take treats though.” Her whole attitude is “ Fuck you, pay me!” 😂😂😂
