Wrist is starting to hurt

Any tips for pain in wrists? I know there's massage and stuff, but can't always afford to get them. What's worked best for you guys? I know there's stretches and stuff. Any particular stretches? It's so uncomfortable, especially cause we use our hands for so much in life.

Incredibly burnt out, mentally and physically.

I started my first ever dishwashing job around 6 months ago. I've heard about it, that it can be incredibly taxing. But man, after experiencing it, I feel it for real. Sometimes doing the job of 2.5 people. Sometimes working 6-8 days in a row because of staffing issues. Having extra duties put off on us, when we are only 1 person. I know a lot of other dishwashers have to do a bunch of extra stuff too, I'm aware of that, but it can be stressful if we are already slammed up to the eyeballs with dishes, in a rush. I feel like some of the extra duties should go to the other areas of the restaurant when they have way more people in their area, and if there's only 1 dishie working at a time. At my place, 99.9% of the time we only have 1 dishwasher on. Anyways, just want to know (in rough terms, give or take some) if it is most dishwashers that are burnt out, or if there are a lot of other dishwashers that have it good too? Just want to hear your guys experiences. So many times I wanted to walk out and quit, but also need food for money and shelter and having no job is incredibly stressful.
