A friend rejoined the game after a couple years of not playing and received this warning. She's a legit player, and the only thing she did was load the game and do the new "Beedrill Mega Mission" before the strike came up.

I was going to send her my referral code, but she can't access it now.

Is there any legit app that may cause this strike? I noticed she has the "game overlay" button in the bottom left corner.

She's also legally blind and may have some accessibility option turned on.

She also mentioned having the location services turned off until she opens the game and allows it only while using the app, and I told her that may have caused suspicion on Niantic's side of things.

Her account was created in 12/2016.

I had her reach out to support, but chances are they won't disclose much information and say "there's nothing we can do". Just turning to the community to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
