few pics from my world (again)
Will post an update eventually. It takes a while to finish any of these builds

I've seen quite a few posts asking this same question, but most of the responses assume the OP is in Europe or on the west coast of the United States. But what about on the southern east coast? Specifically Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, etc.? What are some ways to consistently or efficiently make enough money for food and basic supplies out here?
I know it's missing the title "obZen," but it got late, so I left that part out of the build. No worries!
Was bored and then Bleed come up on my Spotify playlist, so I built this. Took about 2 hours. I'm pissed, but I like it
Builds from my creative world. Not much to be said about these builds, other than that none of them are completely finished yet. Critique me as you wish, I need some feedback.

Personally, I enjoy seeing how realistically built something is in minecraft, compared to it's real-life inspiration or reference. So in my own (creative) minecraft world, I spend a large amount of time on making the roads, for example, as realistic as possible. I have to constantly look at photos and explore in google maps, to get the right scale and details down. The roads of a city are arguably the most important part, because their efficiency is what dictates how quick and safe a car trip is, but that's just generally speaking. Lots of people's minecraft roads are an eyesore, because they are either too narrow, too steep, too flat, or too straight. This is just my opinion, but I don't think it's worth it to build thousands of blocks worth of roads, if they don't even look good. That goes for anything else, too. The block choice plays a big role in how good a road looks as well. Most people use coal blocks or stone, when there is concrete, concrete powder, wool, etc. It's more worth it to actually spend time on a roads' small details, like texturing and dimensions, than it is to ignore the details and mass-produce plain roads, that don't seem like roads. Blocks like coal are too dark to look like asphalt, but I'm American and I look at American cities for reference, so maybe it's just me.
Another big issue I tend to see is the heavy presence of tall buildings, and not a lot of small or medium buildings surrounding them, like a real city would have. FYI, every complaint I'm making is coming from a builder's point of view, and one should know that I judge my own world this same exact way. I hate sounding like a know-it-all, but I've been wanting to see if there's anyone else who feels this way about people's worlds, too. There is the occasional "holy shit that's minecraft?" screenshot, usually of the city Greenfield, or one of Alpine1's multiple cities. But the majority of minecraft cities are obviously very rushed because they lack proper scaling, texturing, general variety, or overall effort, and that makes them look odd. I try to build with enough effort so that other people might be inspired to try to build a city themselves, or to add a detail to their own existing world. I love when I find out a way to build something better by looking at someone else's work. In the end though, it's just a game, so take everything I say with a grain of salt
The red line is the highway, the green line is the main roads/streets, the grey line is the railroad, and the black line is the undergound railroad (no pun intended, sorry)
I have plenty of buildings built already, but I didn't want to include them in this post
Let me know if I should change or add anything
