AVOID StubHub SCAMMERS
I sold my Metallica ticket through StubHub (listing ID: 12532547630).
The listing was clearly marked as “sold” before the event.
Because the ticket had already been sold on the platform, I declined other people who personally contacted me and wanted to buy the ticket directly. I trusted the platform and considered the transaction completed.
However, after the concert ended, the listing suddenly disappeared completely — it no longer appears in my active listings or sales history. The only proof left is the listing ID itself. Even now, when I contact customer support and provide the listing number, their internal system still shows the listing as “sold.” Despite this, I am still being asked to provide additional proof such as screenshots.
I contacted customer support multiple times. First, I was told that the issue would be forwarded to their team for review and that I should wait a few days. After waiting 3–4 days and contacting them again, I was once again told to “wait a few more days.”
Now, when I ask for my payout or for the issue to be escalated properly, support says they need screenshots as proof in order to forward the case to their team — even though the listing disappeared from my account due to their own system issue.
This entire process feels like I’m being repeatedly delayed and brushed aside instead of receiving a proper resolution.
This situation has already caused financial loss, unnecessary stress, and a complete loss of trust in the platform. A completed ticket sale should never disappear from a seller’s account history.
I’m sharing this publicly because this issue needs to be addressed properly and transparently.
