How do you stay connected when you're always moving around?

I've been working remotely and moving from place to place for the last few years. I thought I'd get used to not having a regular group of people around but I really haven't.

It's not hard to meet people in a new city but most of those friendships end when someone moves on. Being a founder makes it a little harder too. I miss having people I can talk to regularly who understand what running a business is actually like.

I've tried coworking spaces and local groups but I still haven't found a good way to build those longer term connections.

For other digital nomads, what's worked for you? Have you found a way to make friendships that last longer than the time you're in one place?

What gothic swimsuit do subculture fashion fans recommend?

I've spent way too long looking and keep finding basic black swimsuits with a goth category added, cheap fast fashion, or options with barely any sizing. A lot of them look good in the photos but I'm not sure how they actually fit or hold up.

If you've bought and worn one you liked, where did you get it? I'd love to hear what's worked for people here. Thanks!

We spent weeks fixing the emails and barely looked at who we were sending them to

I keep seeing teams spend weeks choosing an email platform, tweaking templates, rewriting the copy, and testing send times. Then they send everything to a list that hasn't been cleaned or updated in years and wonder why the results are weak. I'd look at the list before blaming the software or the email setup. If a lot of the contacts are outdated or no longer engaged, a better platform isn't going to fix that. Does anyone else think list quality gets overlooked when people talk about email strategy?

Does project management software actually handle resource planning?

I've been trying to find project management software that does more than just show who's available on a calendar.

Most of the resource planning feature I've seen seem to stop there. What I'm looking for is something where the resource side is actually tied to the project budget so you can see how staffing and time are affecting the numbers too.

I'm starting to wonder if that's normally handled by a separate tool instead of being part of the project management software itself. I'm not sure if I'm just searching for the wrong thing but I haven't found many options that seem to connect those two pieces. Is there software that actually does this? Would appreciate any experiences with this!
