I am a disabled veteran looking for a puppy to train as a service animal. I’m on limited funds so I am looking for free pups if possibles

I’m looking to see if anyone knows of good places somewhere in the mountains? somewhere away from people and towns. close to fishing if possible. Not familiar with eastern MT.
