Not sure how to label these types of people
How would you label a person (can be funny, scientific, correct/incorrect doesn't really matter) that is willing to help their friend or relative, but the way they help is by including other people they don't know or need and take those people's time and resources (either by asking or not, consent doesn't really matter) instead of solving the problem by themselves with their own time and resources even though they're completely capable of doing so?
Basically people that unnecessarily bother other people with their problems or hobbies.
I'm not saying it's good or bad btw, in case it came across as that, I'm just looking for a word to label them.
Hopefully the description makes sense 😄
Example: Neighbour parks their car in front of your house while they're loading something into the car for their relatives even though there's more than enough space around their house.
It's not a problem, if It happened to me I wouldn't be upset or anything but it's just "why?", why include me and my space into your little project.
The example is pretty innocent but that doesn't matter, it can be innocent or harmful, the point is they're wasting other people's time or resources for solutions they're completely capable of executing themselves without involving anyone else
