Heyyy there to you good people , I am dating a Ukrainian woman and have made a baked cheese cake for her recently and she said it really reminded her of a cheese cake her grandpa used to make her but she doesn't know the recipe for it. Now her birthday is coming up and I would love to make it for her but there are just too many recipes out there so I hope you could help me out here. She said the cake her grandpa used to make was a bit more solid and a bit more sour and he would make the cheese for it which blew my mind , He was from the Suma region if it helps. any help is appreciated

I could not find a place to but them as a set I have seen them sold on amazon as singles
