Is there such a thing as an independent building manager/factor?
A few years ago the owners in our flats decided to self factor - It worked really well, saved us a ton of cash and grief but recently we've seen things slipping - We've had a few jobs that have stalled due to lack of knowledge/no-one taking responsibility, so I'm wondering, is there such a thing as an independent building manager/factor as opposed to a whole team?
Someone with contacts for upkeep tasks like cleaning, windows, gardening and then bigger issues like broken roof tiles, communal electrics etc.
