Looking for advice to maintain weightloss

I am 5’5 female and around 130lbs. I find that I am at this weight without needing to actively diet or intentionally avoid certain foods. However, I would love to be around 120lbs as that is the weight I’ve felt and looked my best in. At that weight, I would have to intentionally avoid high caloric foods and often feel hungry throughout the day.

I am wondering for those who are able to maintain their weightloss, is it normal for it to be like this, or is the healthier option to accept the fact that I will never naturally weigh that amount without sacrificing my health? Thank you.

What are all the pros of being a BCIT student?

Hi everyone, incoming BCIT student here for Fall 2026.

I wanted to ask if people can list out some of the benefits of being a BCIT student. I only know that we have a free gym, but thats about it! Thanks :)
