



Chili dogs from last night
Schneider's Juicy Jumbos, steamed sesame seed buns, Stagg Dynamite Hot chili, Murican cheese (which melted nicely after the dogs went in, mustard and onions.
I'm not a fan of the Dynamite Hot chili, but I bought two cans a while back and had to use the second one up. It is neither hot, nor dynamite in flavour. I added about two tablespoons of Sriracha to the can and it added a nice tomato and garlic flavour, and some of the heat this is missing.
