OTC help for clitoral atrophy?

Hi. I’m on the E patch and also T gel. It takes a lot of effort to reach orgasm and I seem to get sore before I can reach orgasm. My husband said my clitoris is harder to reach now, like it’s hiding. Is this atrophy?

Is there anything I can buy from Amazon or OTC to help this?
