For the From Worlds Beyond characters who else would be food characters for my Conquest besides Flaxan and Damien? Could i use Rus, Lucan, or Allen even?

For my state (Illinois) I got an email saying that from tomorrow "From that date, affected accounts will be placed into Redeem Only mode. This means you’ll still be able to log in and redeem any remaining balance, but you won’t be able to:

Make purchases

Participate in promotions

Request postcards for free Stake Cash or generate codes"

Does this essentially mean that Freecash withdrawals to Stake are going to be nonexistent for me? Because technically a Freecash deposit to Stake wouldn't necessarily count as like a purchase for Stake Cash?

Trying to find a different tank and I have the most capability to build Allen with like 7 copies, is he worth it? And if so any insight into which priority his skills would be? Thanks a bunch ✨
