muscle imbalance tips? 23 65kg

muscle imbalance tips? 23 65kg

any tips in addressing muscle imbalance?
I’ve tried:

  1. +set(s)/rep(s) in my weaker side (right side of the photo)
  2. Solely training my weaker side

I don’t feel any of the two worked so far tho… And when i’m doing isolated lifts, I seem to have a hard time targeting the proper muscle unlike my stronger side (left side of the photo)
