Making a custom skeleton subrace, asking for a opinion.

So uh.. Im making a custom skeleton subrace, for now its named "GuardDog" Basically a buff version of a regular skeleton, developed in the Second Empire, but never reached mass production.

Planning to make a custom armor cus none of the regular armour would fit on him, and one custom weapon.

So, im asking for an opinion on a concept\model, what should i change, improve, or should i just scrap this idea.
