I 22F just learned my partner 23F is a complete virgin , How do I navigate this
Ok so I 22f and my partner 23m have been going out for a little while and recently he disclosed to me that he is a complete virgin . He had only ever kissed his past partners. We took things slow in the department because we both have busy lives and didn’t want to get too attached too fast . I also have some sexual trauma that I am still dealing with as I have nightmares frequently about it . Anywho . We had a conversation about me kind of taking the lead because i have experience and in the moment i was fine and on board . During the whole time of us doing stuff , i checked in with him asking if he was ok , did he want to stop the whole nine yards . He kept expressing how much he was enjoying himself and being with me and we had fun . He had a moment where he got kind of down on himself and I told him lets take a break . We kind of held eachother for a while and then , I started freaking out . I felt like maybe I pushed him too much or thinking Did i do something wrong . I then started to feel like I violated him even though everything was 100% consensual and I made sure the whole time he was ok . Something about being in control and telling him what to do made me really upset . We had a conversation about it and he reassured me everything was ok and that I did amazing . Im just nervous how this will effect future sexual encounters between us What can i do moving forward ? Any advice at all would be amazing on how to navigate this 😊
