Starting my tennis journey... Age 37 years old. but just started with tennis lessons... been playing pickleball since December last year.. My family gave me a tennis racket.. wilson triumph replaced the strings and added dampeners... but my issue is that it feels heavy and when i swing the vibration i feel in my hands..... My coach tells me the weight and racket is good... but i feel after swinging it hurts my wrist... any suggestions?
