I wake up dry mouth with a headache like everyday for years but im stupid and never went to dr until recent. Does sleep apnea cause my constant high blood pressure? I always feel anxiety as well ever since I stopped sleeping well. Im kinda tripping out

Im sure its been discussed but what's my best route with a franchise grinder. I did sign him for 4th line @78 ovr after that I kinda want to keep him a grinder 1st line. I am the nj devils with Hughes C the grinder is a LW so would it be best to put a 1st line sniper with them? Im also open to making him a 2way? If itll work. Could 1st line be too much for a grinder. I dont care much about his stats as long as he's fun to play and gets 50 ish plus points
