“We were engaged—or at least, I was.”
I rewatched the Jennifer Tilly episodes of Frasier and Cheers last night—had forgotten how fun their chemistry is and how well she plays that kind of character.

So I’m about four weeks from my due date with Baby #3, which has made watching Season 8 a particularly interesting experience. My husband and I just finished it last night and I had all kinds of feelings. We liked “Essence” and “Existence” so much that we’ve decided to take a brief break and just let that be the “end” temporarily. >!Let’s just hope I won’t have any unexpected visitors at my own delivery.!<
A couple small things. I love the joke in one of Doggett and Scully’s first cases together when she climbs into a dark attic and Doggett pulls out a flashlight then asks, “You ever use one of these?” And she says “Nope.”
Also, over on the Frasier sub I saw folks complaining about how long it took two main characters to get together and someone said something like, “I can’t think of any other show that took seven full seasons to get two characters together.” This sub would like a word.
Anyway, enjoying Season 8 so far quite a bit more than I remembered the last time—I think in the past I’ve given up around Season 9 somewhere but am determined to make it all the way through this time.
