Looking for 2BHK in gated society in Blr under 35k - is it just brokers and fake listings out there?
Family of 3 looking for a decent 2BHK in a gated society under 35k. Been at it for a few weeks now and every platform feels like a dead end. NoBroker/99acres has listings that are either already gone, clearly fake or the owner turns out to be a broker anyway. FB groups are a whole different nightmare - same posts, different people, zero legit responses.
Starting to feel like finding something directly from an owner is just not a thing in Bangalore anymore.
Has anyone actually managed it recently? Would love to know what worked - specific platforms, groups, anything really.
