Help with Digitizing Old Videos
Hello, thank you for your time in advance.
I have been tasked with digitizing old home videos from a HandyVision Hi8 and old VHS tapes. I am using these connections: unsure if links are allowed
Capture Card, USB Video Capture Card Device, Audio Video Converter Grabber for RCA to USB-Convert VHS Mini DV VCR Hi8 DVD to Digital
I have had no issues recording from the Hi8, but when I plug the AV cables into the JVC Stereo and play a VHS, OBS gets audio but no video.
I was hoping someone would have some advice to fix this.
Currently I am assuming I either have the wrong connections, I am missing something in OBS, or the video connect on my VHS player is broken.
My grandfather is in poor health so any advice would be appreciated, we are trying to let him see them one more time.
