online it’s 4.52 went in store and they charged me 8.57 am i missing something or what?

i wired these lights they are auxbeam 3in pod lights. everything is working great but i read somewhere that i would have to add a fuse? where would that take place it is wired straight to the battery with the harness they provide thanks in advance don’t want my truck to catch fire
