Nykaa charged me more than the MRP. Is this even legal?

I recently ordered a MuscleBlaze Whey Protein from Nykaa.

The MRP printed on the product is ₹5,609, but I was charged around ₹6,389.

I contacted customer support, and they replied that offers and campaigns change from time to time. But my question is, how is that relevant? If the printed MRP is ₹5,609, can a seller legally charge more than that?

I'm not talking about discounts or offers. I'm talking about being charged more than the MRP.

Has anyone else faced something similar with Nykaa or any other platform? Is this allowed under Indian consumer laws, or should I file a consumer complaint if they don't resolve it?

Same BasicP, same VP percentage but different amount rollout.

So me and my friend have the same basic. Percentage of basic for variable is also the same. But the variable rollout is different. Like how can this make sense. (Percentage was checked on My rewards portal).

We joined at the same time from the same college and are working on the same project.
