Created my first npm package for express boilerplate. Thought others would find it useful to get the ball rolling

Yet another boilerplate set up package. First package I've published on npm . Originally made it for myself.

I think other people would find it useful.

It's not much but it gets the ball rolling.

6 years. Mid Level Developer, 90k. Looking for more in career.

6 years experience in the field. Have grown a lot. Started as a Junior Backend Developer making 50k and have evolved into a Full Stack Developer making 90k. Feel the desire to switch it up and learn from new experiences and people.

In the beginning of my current job. I felt pressure. I had a lot to learn. I didn't really have a senior holding my hand and was thrown into projects to figure things out on my own. Lot's of stress but a lot of reward and development of my skills.

The job is very stable and not very demanding anymore once I finished my last end to end project. They gave me new one but i don't feel any pressure or that its important. They give timelines but they're are very loose. I ask questions and make requests to really get the ball rolling but no real movement. Very off and on at times. Relaxing and then stressful when management decides it was due yesterday.

Which is not inline with what I want for my career.

I enjoy what I do but I feel it's gotten stale and am ready to move on. I really just want to work with new people and gain different perspectives on how to build strong performant systems so eventually I can do this on my own. Eventually, I would like to have my own business building for small/ medium sized businesses.

Part of me feels I just should really put myself out there and start now . Put myself under the fire and start marketing my skills to different companies that are up and coming . Work under the pressure of delivering good product on time .

Another part of me feels I should work on getting more experience at other companies building more end to end solutions that actually interest and engage me.

Not really sure in what direction I should go in

How should I proceed ?
