My ex wont help me and our daughter and says im being selfish?

Me and my ex haven't been together for about 10 years he's in A relationship with someone else, he's been with his current gf for about 9 years. I haven't really gotten over him. I have been in a couple of relationships but they have never worked out. My ex and i have a daughter together but my ex sees his gf more than me and our daughter, spends more time with his gf than me and our daughter. Our daughter has recently turned 16 so my benefits for her has now stopped, i have asked my ex if he can continue to pay me child maintenance for our daughter and he said no because shes 16 and not in full time education. Thing is our 16 year old daughter is pregnant so i asked my ex if he could pay our daughter the child maintenance that he would have given to me so our daughter can get things for her baby and he said no. I am hurt that hes not helping me with this.
I have also asked my ex if there is any chance that our daughter can get some of her inheritance money now so she can get things for our grandchild and he said that he has taken our daughter off of his will. I said to him i take it you have taken me off of your will as well and he said i was NEVER in his will. I am angry that he would take that money away from us.
I have asked my ex if there is any chance that we could get back together for the sake or our daughter and grandchild and he said no i am heartbroken and want him back. I dont find it fair that he is settled in a relationship and all my relationships have failed. I dont understand why he would take us off his will is there anything i can do about this? I don't think I'm being selfish at all i still love him i always have. The gf hes with isnt even pretty and i really dont know what he sees in her im alot prettier than her.
