Need Recommendation: Dal Bati
So, As the title says, I need recommendations for good Dal Bati places.
Like, back home (80kms from Ahmedabad - where I'm from), I used to get amazing Dal Bati (I've attached a few pictures).
In Ahmedabad, I've tried a few places already including but not limited to
Jain Dal Bati (they don't only serve jain dal bati, and I had lasaniya dal bati there 😭😭 I know, Ironical)
Gopi Dal Bati (Gota and Prahladnagar)
Some place in Vastrapur
Jay Ambe Kathiyawadi (iirc the name)
Dal Bati at Jain's was decent, but the Dal was not up to the mark, like not as good as I want.
So, let me know your suggestions.
