Does anyone here have any recent experience with Annette Hale’s Indoor Comfort Systems for a new HVAC install?

Looking at replacing my existing unit and they are one of the companies I am considering.

I see they have good reviews online, but am curious about any input or experiences anyone on here may have had with them, or if they would recommend.
