The Story

You're on a mission to steal a rare gem called the Arsonite Gem. This flaming gem will be enough to pay off all of your debts and start a new life. But you're not the only thief who had that idea. But once you get a look at your competitor, the gem stone's value seemed to slightly diminish.

The Script

While I was editing my own audio, I was thinking about adding sfxs to make it as immersive as possible. Maybe even some background music to make it more dynamic, which is what lead to this question.

As as listener, do you care at all if there are extra sounds and music to give the audio an extra layer to take your mind into the story? Or are you the type that prefers some background noise and some little sfx here and there?

As a creator, do you like or want to make more immersive audios or do you think it's too much and that keeping it basic is more than enough?

Bonus Question

When you look for sound effects, what sites do you go to?
