I've started watching the anime recently, it is the first experience with this series that I have. As of episode 6 there is something that is really bothering me.

In the first episode Gabby cheerfully slaughters a bunch of unarmed farmers. Is this ever addressed? Part way through ep 6 Yuru and Gabby seem to argue like kids with a minor disagreement. This tone makes it kinda hard for me to take the show seriously.
