How easy or expensive is it to fix a frozen Agfa jsolette?

I got this Agfa for 40 bucks and everything works fine besides but the focus ring is stuck at 10m and there’s pretty good haze in the lens is it worth trying to fix and if so is there any tutorial on this model I have seen others but there of later models with different len shutter.

What should I do to fix my mistake?

I got this Kodak senior six20 everything works fine besides the micro pinholes in the bellows and I glanced at the Reddit post and heard that liquid electrical tape was a good fix and I didn’t read any further and when I got it I started to lather the outside of the bellows in liquid electrical tape. How would I go about fixing the pinholes in the bellows and cleaning the liquid electrical tape up.
