In the last few years, Hershey has gone from having a cute family friendly halloween season to a much more grown up and scary theme.

I am not very tech savvy so forgive my ignorance here.
I am looking for programs that can alter photos without the use of the internet.
I do not support AI art nor data centers but I would like to use AI to recreate my photos in different styles. For example, I upload my own photo of my cat but I want to see what he would look like as a Disney Character or painting by Picasso. My GOAL is to use these images as a guide to draw my own images. Realistically though, I don’t really draw or paint so it may be used to make cute birthday or holiday cards for my petsitting clients.
I don’t even know the proper terms to use to search for such programs.
I want something that is not going to contribute to data centers nor steal from current artists. I feel like there have been these type of programs for a long time without using AI so if there are good program that can do this without AI that would be great. Maybe photoshop can? But it needs to be pretty simple to use.
Happy to pay for a program that is fairly easy to use.

I have TMJ disease and I’ve read/heard that it can be helped by a dentist. I feel like my current dentist is kind of dismissive so I am looking for recommendations from others with TMJ.
I am considering veneers so I am looking for recommendations for a good practice that is on the less expensive side (while understanding that all dentistry is expensive and that cosmetics are not covered by insurances).
