Did any one complete their interview and received their offer letter waiting for readiness survey?

I have got my offer letter on 27th and I have accepted it. Then in the next step portal I got 2 new sections ILP Corner and Background check. So what needs to be done after this I have checked both it have document verification and NSR profile. Also, I have seen some thing about Xplore that needs to be done before joining. Should I have to create or should I have to wait until further instructions? If anyone know anything please kindly help.
